With spectacular views of the River Clyde and the Kilpatrick Hills beyond, the new 18-hole Earl of Mar championship course at Mar Hall offers a five star golf experience close to Glasgow. It was designed by respected golf course architect, Dave Thomas, who is best known for his work at The Belfry in England, plus San Roque and La Manga in Spain.

Already, the Earl of Mar gives the impression of a well-established course shaped around 250 year old sweet chestnut and beech trees, with strategically placed bunkers providing a challenge throughout your round.

With 10 minute tee times, a bag-drop facility and a full locker room attendant service, Mar Hall offers an exclusive private members’ club experience, yet welcomes the resident, corporate or Pay & Play golfer. It is working with a number of experienced professionals who will be able to host special golf clinics by prior arrangement.
